A typical project involves an initial site visit, where a condition survey, colour-match trials and sample clean / seal is carried out. A full report and written estimate is then submitted to include a detailed method statement and specification.
The scope of works tend to include a thorough clean by hand and machine using suitable agents, replacing missing / damaged sections where necessary, stabilizing loose sections using flood-grout and injection consolidation methods, face-grouting, final through clean and seal / polish treatment. On completion of the project we submit easy maintenance recommendations and sample product.
